Best Buds

These two.

Best buds. Inseparable companions.

Attached at the hip. They melt my heart.

We Choose Chewy!

So Chewy.com was kind enough to extend the offer of sending us products to review. We call that a good incentive to get back to blogging!

The pugs chose Dr. Tim's freeze-dried turkey chips for their first sampling experience. They arrived quickly, much to  Klaus and Natty's delight.

Box?

Open.

The treats themselves appear to be high-quality. All-natural, single-ingredient, made in the USA (read: Mom-approved).

Who cares? Feed us!

Smells good.

STOP THE TORTURE.

The verdict? Lots of lip-smacking, waggy tails and begging for more! Video update to come. Thanks, Chewy!

Sleepy Faces

It's Friday night, which in the pod typically means that after a good long walk with the pugs, we eat sushi and settle in for some TV and snuggles with the poor kiddos who have been SO UTTERLY DEPRIVED of attention all week. (Yeah, that last part isn't true at all, but I myself desperately need some cuddle and down time by the end of the week, don't you?) These are the faces that keep me company these days.

I swear they just keep getting cuter and cuter by the day. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Back by Popular Demand!

Okay, so maybe no one has exactly demanded that we come back. But we HAVE missed blogging! And when I found out a few minutes ago that a friend's old blog had just up and DISAPPEARED, I thought: "I can't let that happen to Two Pugs in a Pod!" SOOOOO here we are. And my GOD do we have a lot to tell you.

I'm guessing that many of our followers have kept up with our adventures on Facebook, but for those of you who haven't, here are the two most majorly important details:

We now live in the land of sun and sand on the West Coast.

There is a new pug daddy in the picture (and pug mom has a new last name!)

We are all happy and well. Klaus and Natty are eight (EIGHT!!!) years old now. Where has the time gone???

There is entirely too much to catch up on in one blog post, so for now, I'm going to leave you with some pictures of the pugs' first trip to the ocean and a promise to try my darndest to get back into the habit of blogging.

Thank you for following our adventures! xoxo
