No, a pug must be on top of the softest surface possible in order to find comfort. If there's a pillow on top of a pillow on top of a mattress...on top of that is where you will find the pug.
He will dig, and he will plump, until he gets it just right.
And yet he still somehow manages to look dissatisfied, doesn't he? Silly, spoiled pug. :)
